ABD Industries kicked off seven years ago with a simple idea: take scrap metal from global markets and turn it into something factories could actually use. Starting small in Morbi, Gujarat, we focused on building strong ties with suppliers in Europe and the USA, while tapping into reliable partners across the world to keep scrap flowing steadily. What began as a hands-on operation sorting and processing basic loads has grown into a full-scale recycling powerhouse, handling 2000 MT every month without missing a beat. Along the way, we've learned the ropes of what makes metal reliable—picking the right scrap types like aluminium foil, taint/tabor, 6063 extrusions, zorba, medical strips, and bottle caps, then processing them right to hit that high purity customers demand. Today, our setup in Morbi lets us control every step, from the ship unloading imports to stacking finished ingots ready for delivery.
Unlike many in the business who just trade scrap, ABD dives deep into processing. We've invested in the right equipment—magnets for sorting ferrous iron, shredders that chew through tough materials, and furnaces that melt it all down clean. This end-to-end approach means no surprises for our buyers; they get consistent quality, whether it's for cable wiring, steel de-ox, or auto parts. Over these years, we've served over 50 steady clients who keep coming back because we deliver on time, every time, even when global supply chains get tricky. Scrap shows up, and we use magnets to grab iron, plus shakers, electric separators, and a good eyeball check to pull clean aluminium away from junk like plastic or dirt.
Big machines chop it all into small, even bits (about 1-3 inches), knocking off paints and making it ready to melt smooth.
Furnaces heat it up to liquid; we skim off the bad stuff, add cleaners if needed, then pour into molds for ingots, cubes, or billets. Cool, check, pack—done at 2000 MT a month.
